WARRANTY POLICY
To protect the practical interests of customers and improve the quality of after-sales service, MIEN NAM FILTRATION EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED has the following return and exchange policy:
1. Purpose of the policy
To ensure the practical rights and interests of customers and improve the quality of after-sales service. MIEN NAM FILTRATION EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY will replace the product with a new one of the same type if the product experiences an unresolvable problem due to a manufacturing defect.
2. Conditions for return and exchange
The applicable time (calculated from the time of delivery) varies depending on the product.
Conditions:
- The product must have its original manufacturer's or company seal intact.
- The product must have been identified as having a technical defect due to the manufacturer.
- The packaging, shock-absorbing foam, accompanying accessories, and promotional gifts, if any, must be intact.
- The product must not have cosmetic damage caused by the customer, such as dents, warping, discoloration, scratches, or breakage.
- The returned product must be accompanied by all relevant documents, including: VAT invoice, warranty card, user manual, purchase receipt, and catalog.
- The manufacturer's warranty policy applies.
3. Cases where the return/exchange policy does not apply
- Customers wishing to change the model or type of product without prior notice.
- Product malfunctions caused by the customer.
- Custom-made products: Items that are not mass-produced and are manufactured or processed to order with specific dimensions or characteristics (e.g., air filter frames, sewing bags, sludge press cloths, etc.) will not be eligible for return/exchange.
- Failure to comply with the return/exchange and warranty policy requirements.
- Customers damaging or affecting the product's appearance.
- Customers losing accompanying documents, promotional gifts, accessories, or having damaged packaging.
- Products that are still functioning normally will not be eligible for return/exchange.
- Products that have exceeded the return/exchange period will not be eligible for return/exchange.
4. Process and Procedures
