SHIPPING POLICY

MIEN NAM FILTRATION EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED currently offers door-to-door delivery to locations requested by customers. We support nationwide delivery, as well as additional services such as import/export assistance within the region or across borders, delivery to export processing zones with customs declaration, and support for opening customs accounts (additional fees apply).

We are committed to providing flexible and professional delivery services tailored to the specific requirements and order agreements between both parties. Upon receiving an order and confirming the purchase details via phone or email, we will proceed with delivery as agreed with the customer.

1. Purpose

The shipping policy of MIEN NAM FILTRATION EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED is established to create added value for customers when purchasing goods from us. This document is intended to provide customers with a clear understanding of the shipping process, transportation methods, and estimated delivery times.

2. Scope of Application

2.1 Applicable Subjects

This policy applies to all customers who purchase products and use technical services provided by MIEN NAM FILTRATION EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY.

2.2 Applicable Areas

• Free Delivery: For orders delivered within Ho Chi Minh City with a value of VND 2,000,000 or more, shipping is free. However, for special cases or bulky items, additional shipping fees may apply.
• Paid Delivery: In such cases, shipping costs will be determined based on the rates of the shipping provider. Before payment and order dispatch, a company representative will contact you to inform and confirm the specific cost.

3. Policy Content 

3.1 Product Delivery Service: 

• MIEN NAM FILTRATION EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED provides free home delivery service to customers in the areas specified in section 2.2 for orders valued at VND 2,000,000 or more. 
• We will deliver within 3 hours if the delivery range is ≤ 30km from our warehouses for urgent requests. 
• Before delivery, the delivery department will contact you to arrange a specific time and location for delivery.
•  Delivery and installation time: From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM every day of the week (weekend requests require prior confirmation and planning with a MIEN NAM FILTRATION EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY consultant).

3.2 Shipping Time 

• For customers in Ho Chi Minh City: 

MIEN NAM FILTRATION EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED delivers products within 3 hours for distances of ≤ 30km from the warehouse, depending on the urgency of the customer's request.

Delivery fees are applied based on specific districts/wards. The exact fee will be provided by our representatives along with the quotation.

• For customers in other provinces (outside Ho Chi Minh City):

Depending on the order value, size, and delivery location, the Company will apply the most reasonable shipping fee or follow the pricing of third-party shipping providers.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 5 days, depending on the customer’s location (orders requiring pre-ordering may take longer).
• Delivery Hours: During business hours on weekdays, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• Delivery Carriers: Viettel Post, trucking companies, passenger buses, etc.

After receiving order information, our representatives will process the order as quickly as possible (within 24 hours) and provide customers with payment and delivery details. Delivery time typically ranges from 1 to 5 days from the order date or as otherwise agreed upon at the time of order placement.

3.3 Product/Goods Installation Service

• Our company provides product installation services based on customer requirements. Installation may be free of charge or subject to additional fees depending on the selected product or order.
• Customers will be informed of the installation fee and any actual material costs in accordance with our price list or as agreed upon prior to purchase. If immediate installation or replacement is required upon delivery, we will accommodate such requests depending on actual conditions to ensure the best possible service.
• In cases where customers perform the installation themselves, they shall be fully responsible for all technical aspects, as well as any related risks or losses. This includes unforeseen incidents such as product damage or personal injury resulting from improper installation.

3.4 Shipping Insurance Service

MIEN NAM FILTRATION EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY offers shipping insurance. Specifically:

• Form: Wrapping in foam and packing in a wooden crate
• Content: When you choose the shipping insurance package, we guarantee that the product will arrive at the recipient in perfect condition. In case of any dents or damage resulting from transportation or manufacturing defects, we will compensate 100% of the order value or exchange the product without requiring any fees from you.
• Shipping Fee: A fee will be charged (the fee will be calculated based on the size of the product and will be agreed upon in advance between the customer and the sales representative)

4. Company Responsibility for Shipped Goods

4.1 Our consultants will advise on the most suitable shipping method based on the customer's geographical location and potential risks during transportation. In some cases, for specialized goods, our consultants will suggest a shipping insurance package offered by the company. The company assumes full responsibility for the goods when purchasing shipping insurance.

4.2 If the shipping service is provided by the company or designated by the company, we will be fully responsible for any loss or damage to the goods, and we commit to delivering the product to the customer in perfect condition, matching the invoice.

4.3 If you choose your own shipping carrier, MIEN NAM FILTRATION EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY needs to clearly inform you that you will be fully responsible for any risks related to loss or damage to the goods during transportation from the company until you receive them. Furthermore, all costs related to the chosen shipping service will be borne by you.

4.4 When receiving goods from the shipping carrier, we encourage you to carefully inspect the goods before signing for receipt. If you discover any damage such as scratches, breakage, dents, or discrepancies, please immediately notify the delivery staff and contact our sales consultant or call our hotline at 0938.141.584. We are not responsible for any return or exchange requests related to goods that you accepted after signing for receipt without noting any issues or providing feedback.

5. Other Regulations

5.1 Toll fees, village/commune entrance fees, or parking fees at apartment buildings and residential areas will be borne by the customer. For delivery addresses located in unspecified locations, difficult terrain, or areas that are difficult or impossible to access by vehicle, the company reserves the right to refuse delivery to ensure the safety of both the delivery person and the product.

5.2 In the event that the customer wishes to change the delivery address from the initial agreement, MIEN NAM FILTRATION EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY will assist in contacting the shipping partner to negotiate this change. However, we do not guarantee that the address change will be successful. In the event that an agreement cannot be reached with the shipping partner, Loc Mien Nam will return the goods, and all costs incurred during this address change process will be borne by the customer.

5.3 The company does not guarantee exact delivery times in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, storms, floods, landslides, or road and bridge failures. Furthermore, the company is not liable for any damages related to delays in delivery times as agreed with the customer.

5.4 During special occasions, holidays, or the period leading up to Tet (Lunar New Year), due to general traffic restrictions (bans on certain vehicles, etc.), delivery times may change from the usual schedule. We will discuss this with our shipping partners beforehand and reach an agreement with the customer to determine the most suitable delivery time.
